After completing his plumbing qualifications, he moved to an air conditioning company where he became a qualified refrigeration engineer. He worked very hard and progressed from lead fitter to install manager.
Adrian developed the ambition to build his own company which would be focused on putting his customers’ satisfaction and personal interaction at its heart. Adrian set up Sparta Mech, and he now has a team that achieves this with many loyal customers, large and small.
